I ordered and paid for two e-bike batteries via amazon prime overnight. CLAIMTHIS attention to detail is rubbish as only battery was in the box. They did respond and have sent another battery via UPS ground arriving in 10 days. I pay for prime overnight. I do not recommend using this company unless you have to which no one does.

When I commit to buying something on ebay I pay right away. I seen that this hoverboard was listed as NEW so I bought it I just received it and the seals are broken. I doubt I'll do business again with these people.
