I bought this to update my fifth generation iPad. This one came in an iPad box with a lightening cable. It looks as it was new. I didn’t detect any blemishes or dents on the case nor any scratches or dead spots on the screen. Copying stuff from my old iPad to this one was easy to do. Some usernames and passwords aren’t copied during this process so I wouldn’t set my old iPad back to its new status till you check this out. All told, a great buy. I am a very satisfied customer.

Great price, good comms, and the shipping was quick, however the auction said the product was “BRAND NEW” retail ready condition and in original packaging, which was not true. The box was original but no original or added inner packaging to protect the tool and the owners manual and blades were missing. The seller offered a 15% discount which was acceptable, so I’m still giving the seller a positive review since the final price was very good. Perhaps ask questions so know what you’re getting.

The price was great…the rest was not. Shipped in just a bag, Figure was described as “new and ready for retail” but the packaging for the figure was sub par with a giant inventory label that read “package repair testing” over the main logo on the box. I was offered a 25% refund ($2) to keep it (which I accepted) or a full refund to return it.
I will say my experience with customer service was positive and they were quick to respond and offer and issue the partial refund.
